The latest product segment developed by Eurorubber is that of rubber compounds for industrial carts, solid or superelastic tyres, both in black and non-marking light versions.
In this case, the offer covers both retreading and new products. The development of formulations for industrial carts is entrusted to experts with in-depth knowledge of the product, who closely follow its evolution in the market.
We offer tread compounds for high-load applications (heavy loads and low speeds) and for energy-efficient electric carts (low heat generation for reduced rolling resistance).
Along with tread compounds, our offer includes Cushion (or soft) and Base compounds (with the use of high-reinforcement microfibres).
The section of a superelastic tyre consists of:
- Tread compound with formulations optimized for different uses (high load, electric carts, high cut resistance for port or construction site use, antistatic, resistance to oils and fuels, acids and bases, non-marking).
- Cushion or Soft compound with low hysteresis, low heat generation, and high resilience.
- Base or bead compound with low deformability (also available with high-reinforcement fibres).
