Our laboratories
We have all the necessary tools to provide fast and reliable answers to our customers, both regarding the properties and qualities of our compounds, as well as the specific requests made by our clients, in compliance with the specifications.
In the past year, the management has decided to make a significant investment in new equipment, adding the most modern and advanced tools.


In the company, we have two laboratories:

RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT
Chemical Laboratory Department
Our laboratory is one of the few in Italy that can connect a GC-MS machine directly with TGA and DSC, allowing a complete and immediate analysis of fumes with a full extraction of the compound components.

Static measurement through scanning of the temperature range where any transition or crystallization occurs.

DMA
Dynamic-mechanical measurement through scanning of the temperature range where transition or crystallization occurs.

Spotlight 200
Electron microscope connected to the infrared spectrophotometer.

INFRARED FT-IR SPRECTRUM 3
Infrared spectrophotometer.

GC-MS
Analytical technique based on the use of a gas chromatograph coupled with a mass spectrometer.
The gas chromatograph separates the compounds present in the sample, while the mass spectrometer is used as a detector.

TGA
Thermogravimetric analysis of the various rubber components.

OZONEMETER
Control of rubber degradation upon contact with ozone.

LOW TEMPERATURE CONTROL
Control of rubber degradation upon contact with low temperatures.
