Eurorubber Wrapping Systems
The packaging systems for rubber compounds represent a crucial part of rubber production management, as they ensure the protection, optimal handling, and subsequent processing of the materials. Choosing the right packaging system not only preserves the properties of the compound but also optimizes logistics and efficiency in the following stages of processing, transformation, and storage.
Eurorubber offers a wide range of packaging solutions for its compounds, designed to meet diverse needs. Each system is developed to ensure high product quality, maximize ease of handling, and provide great flexibility based on the customer’s specifications and the characteristics of the compound.
The proposed solutions range from traditional pre-cut strip packaging, to slabs with or without adhesive, and even rolls and camelbacks, all tailored to meet different industrial requirements. Each system is designed to ensure resistance, protection, and ease of handling, with the option to customize dimensions and specifications based on the type of compound used.
The measurements listed below are purely indicative and, in some cases, can be adjusted upon request, depending on the specific formulation of the compound and logistical requirements.
WIG-WAG
Pre-cut strips directly in line and placed wig-wag on wooden or plastic pallets.

PLATES WITH ANTI-ADHESIVE
Plates arranged on wooden or plastic pallets.

Made by extrusion with the possibility of coupling with substrate and rolled on a cardboard beam. Delivered unpacked or in boxes on pallets.
