Mixing department
There are 2 mixing lines in our company, controlled by digital systems linked to the ERP:
- 270-litre tangential mixer with a convex;
- 240-litre interpenetrating mixer and 100’ open mixer.
Both equipped with batch-off and automatic palletising systems

Colored mixes
In the distribution of the mix do not perform anything other than all the other methods of the different color types, in accordance with the standards of our customers:
- YELLOW
- GRAY
- BLUE
- GREEN
- WHITE
- RED
- BEIGE
- NEUTRAL
- ORANGE
- BROWN
PRODUCTION
Calendering and profiling department
(calenders)
In the calender department, sheets of material of varying thicknesses are produced on one side laminated with polyethylene foil and wound onto cardboard rolls, in the following modes:
- whole rolls or cut to length,
- with or without perforation,
- with or without powder,
according to customer requirements.
The department consists of:
- a traditional calender linea latest-generation
- automated calender linean extrusion line
for drawn products and camelbacks.
PRODUCTION
Calender and drawplate department
(filter die)
The filter die transforms the compound into a continuous strip with customised shapes and sizes, according to customer specifications.
Its special feature is to filter the compound through filters, which remove any impurities and further uniform and compact the compound.
The automatic line consists of:
7D extruder, gear pump, filter head, anti-adhesive dispenser, cooler, palletiser.

Cutting department
The department consists of two cutting machines to cut whole rolls of rubber according to customer requirements.
- Minimum roll thickness size: 20 mm
- Maximum roll thickness size: 1000 mm
